Please note our Order conditions: A 40% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your order (do not send deposit until we haveacknowledged your order form)

The remaining amount is due in cash/ card upon pick up /delivery No booking is confirmed without our confirmation and a print screen of the transfer Please write your name and date of order on the description (eg: Adam 02/01/2026)We will contact you to reconfirm order and pick up/delivery time at least 1 day prior to your order date.Cancellation Policy: We do not provide refunds on the deposit. Instead of refunds we provide credit notes (please seeconditions of the credit note below) Credit notes are applicable if you give 2 weeks notice of your cancellation If you cancel your order the week of your event you will not be eligible for the credit note and will lose yourdeposit.
